Typically, orders are processed between 5-7 business days with a few exceptions. Although we do get to orders as quickly as possible, do allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped during busier times a year, such as holiday season. Candles are made to order, and Gem Candle Company is a one-woman operation!
All individual orders take priority over wholesale. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information including a tracking number.
Candles are shipping through Priority USPS mail.
